Long Wind Farm is a certified organic tomato farm started in the 1980s by Dave Chapman. Dave and his team grow organic tomatoes in soil year-round in glass greenhouses that protect the plants from the Northern Vermont climate. Dave also serves on the Executive Board of the Real Organic Project, which is working to support the conviction that “real organic” means growing food in soil, and to combat the fact that current organic certifications are making it hard for “real organic” producers to compete.

Maine Grains is a mill located in Skowhegan, ME that uses modern equipment and traditional methods to produce freshly-milled flours that are full of flavor. The mill was founded by Amber Lambke in 2012, and serves bakers, brewers, chefs, and families in the Northeast region by producing freshly-milled, organic, and heritage grains sourced from the Northeast. By using a stone mill to ground local grain, Maine Grains is able to preserve New Englands rich grain heritage.

Next Barn Over Farm is a certified organic, mixed vegetable farm in Western Mass at the foot of the Holyoke Range. Run by Ray Young, the farm grows over fifty different crops, primarily for their on-farm CSA, as well as for off-farm box-shares and a few grocery stores and restaurants.

Josh harvests honey and beeswax from their Vermont beehives, and focuses on developing beekeeping practices that guarantee the highest levels of quality for their products while preserving and protecting the environment.

Nourse Farms is one of the premier fruit plant nurseries in the U.S. The farm was established in the early 1900s and is currently under the leadership of Tim Nourse.
