Sfoglini Pasta, originally based out of Brooklyn, NY, was founded by Steve Gonzalez and Scott Ketchum. Sfoglini pastas are made with organic grains grown and milled in North America. The pastas are bronze die extruded, slow dried and packaged in New York’s Hudson Valley.

Shady corner is a family farm, who prides themselves on using natural and sustainable methods to produce the best vegetables and compost. After several generations of gardening at home, they decided to share our passion with others. Their first garlic plot was in the shady corner of an old hay field, hence the name, and since then they have started making garlic scape pesto.

Stony Brook Wholehearted is the only company in the U.S. producing culinary oil from vegetable seed waste, and one of the only producers of culinary butternut squash oils in the northeast. Started by Greg Woodworth and Kelly Coughlin, after a brief encounter with a butternut squash farmer, they gave up their cookie business and moved into the world of pepitas, oils and vegetable seed waste.
